Easy Party Guacamole

It's Football season and there are always a lot of choices at the parties. Here's an easy and healthier option than the usual treats provided!! If you're really wanting to stick to super healthy... get rid of the tortilla chips and replace with bell peppers, carrots, celery and other vegetables. If not... when choosing your tortilla chips... choose the ones with the least ingredients! Less IS more, and your digestion will thank you later!

Here's the kickoff!!

You will need:

4 Avocados

1 Onion (2 slices diced)

1/2 Bell Pepper (red, yellow or orange) diced

Cilantro 1-2 tbsps diced

1 Lime or lime juice

Garlic seasoning

Salt

Optional:

Cayenne Pepper

Check out the video for more instructions on how to cut an avocado and bell pepper for best results!

A good cutting board and chopping knife are key. Again, if you do not have a molcajete, use a potato masher for your guacamole otherwise a fork will work good too!!

Yes, leave one pit in the bowl to keep as fresh as possible ;)
