Looking for something to spice up your usual protein shake? Tired of protein powder and water? Check out these shakes for some amazing protein packed goodness with lots of nutrients and flavor!

Peaches and Cream
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup - 1 cup canned coconut milk
2 servings of vanilla protein powder or peach protein powder
Blend with ice and water
Optional Ad ins:
1 tbsp of flaxseed
Benefits: Double protein with the two servings + healthy fats with the canned coconut milk, flaxseed will aid in digestion and help fullness

Green-a-Colada
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup - 1 cup canned coconut milk
1 serving vanilla protein
Blend with ice and water
Optional Add ins:
1 packet of Rain-CORE
Coconut flakes
1 drop of coconut flavor extract
Benefits: You get healthy greens, lots of potassium with the pineapple, healthy fats with the canned coconut milk and avocado. If you add in the packet of Rain-CORE you get an additional detox benefit and another equivalent of 3 green smoothies!

Berry Good
1-2 handfuls of power greens or leafy greens of choice 1 cup unsweetened almond or milk of your choice 1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
Blend with ice and water
Optional Add ins:
1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia to taste
Benefits: You'll get your vitamins from the leafy greens as well as the berries which are loaded with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. Chia seeds will aid in digestion and add a healthy fat.

Chocolate Chia
1 serving of chocolate protein powder
1 cup almond or milk of your choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup Oatmeal
Blend with ice and water
Optional Add ins:
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1 scoop powdered peanut butter (for peanut butter flavor + extra protein)
1/2 banana for a chocolate banana flavor
Benefits: You'll get whole grains and good energy with the oatmeal as well as aiding in digestion with the chia seeds.

Green Detox
1/2 cucumber sliced
1/2 avocado
1 cup spinach or mixed greens
1 cup almond or milk of your choice
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tsp - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Blend with ice and water
Optional Add ins:
1 scoop of a greens powder
1 dime piece of ginger root
A small pinch of parsley or cilantro
1 pack of Rain - CORE
Benefits: Cucumbers are diuretics which will help flush out access water and toxins. Avocado is a great healthy fat which will really clean out the insides and also keep you full. Apple cider vinegar will aid in digestion and weight loss, and including it in the shake is better than taking it by itself as it is a strong flavor. It also helps with creating good bacteria in the gut and replacing the bad, almost like a natural probiotic.

Choco-Latta Energy
1/2 cup spinach
1 cup almond/cashew/coconut or milk of your choice
1 serving of chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp coffee powder/expresso or 1/2 - 1 packet of Rain- FUSED coffee
Optional Add ins:
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 banana
Benefits: A little bit of healthy greens with the spinach, but the great flavor and energy of coffee. The flaxseed will help with digestion and fullness and the oatmeal will add in some extra energy for your day. This shake is perfect first thing in the morning before a workout. Cinnamon is a great spice to add to really bring flavor and lower blood sugar.
